This paper analyzes how the management of Covid-19 pandemic has caused tension regarding human rights, focusing in right to health as well sexual and reproductive rights related pregnancy childbirth processes, reviewing various documents national international regulations. Concerning situation, we will conclude that our country been no exception regional reality, where a consideration protection public become evident, with mainly health-based focus, above human pregnant women regards health.
